MISSION
Children are the most precious treasure of the parents and the Lord Jesus. They should be nurtured with love, Christian and Botho values and attitudes.
VISION
- Laying a firm foundation for our children from the start
- Help our children to see the needs of others and be respectful to others and elders
- Cultivate a desire for lifelong learning, self-control, and self-awareness
- Strengthen love for self and greater community
- Maintain religious habits and promote family connections
- Open the children to the reality of God through everyday events, situations, nature, art, performances, and prayer
- Teachers and other staff who provide strong role models to our children following professional conduct rules
- Safety and protection from any kind of abuse must be a priority for all staff
- Provide an environment for learning, for mental and manual skills development
- Offer our children the opportunity to learn the English language and other skills
- Equip our children with the knowledge and skills necessary for further successful school education after graduating from our facilities

We measure our success by how well we manage our legacy space, the quality of the learning environment, our staff’s professional qualifications and attitudes, the proficient way we manage our resources, and how our children develop while in our care and in the later stages of their education.
